What is the return period?
Any product sold and unused by the customer can be returned free of charge within a period of 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns after this deadline.
What are the conditions for returning a product and what is the procedure?
When returning your item, it must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and with all its accessories. Once unsealed, televisions and phones that are found to be defective are still covered by the product warranties, as specified in the product descriptions.
In case of a change of mind, items must be sealed and returned in exactly the same conditions as when they were delivered to you.
To best meet your expectations, we allow trying on men’s and women’s fashion products (excluding lingerie and swimwear for hygiene reasons) if the product remains intact.
Especially for electronic products, we encourage you to carefully read the description in its entirety and ensure that it corresponds to what you want before placing your order.
Any returned product will be subject to an examination.
If the examination is positive, we will refund you according to the chosen method.
If the examination is negative, you will not be refunded, and your product will be returned to you.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 days following your return request.
Once I have made my return request, what are the next steps?
- If the package was delivered to you by Express, one of our agents will contact you to arrange pick-up from your home. There will be 3 attempts to retrieve the item.
- If you picked up your package from one of the amana locations, please drop off the item at one of the amana agencies near you.
Can I return my item after 7 days?
You cannot return your item after 7 days following the delivery. However, if your item is defective, it may be covered by a warranty.
